New Calendar module

I have installed an update to the Calendar module. It looks almost the same but now has more flexibility and better event submission behaviour.

Registered users may submit an event and after admin approval it will appear in the Calendar and appropriate blocks (7&30 day outlooks etc.). There is a WYSIWYG editor to make it possible to enter some fancy looking events if you desire.

If the event is recurring (like a birthday, holiday, etc) you will see a selection of options which you can select as needed. Don't be shy, enter events that you want others to know about.

One more thing, do you folks prefer to show the week starting on Monday or Sunday? Right now it is showing Monday which seems to make the weekend look better on one row. But I'll entertain other options.

Us Norteamericanos always seem to want a Sunday-Saturday week but to me it makes sense to have Monday-Sunday which makes those race weekends easier to look at and count when you're planning your escape to the track.
