They are finally here, it's hard to believe but the wait is almost over.
Took the day off today to do the paperwork and customs / duty / cargo fees etc. But the 4 giant boxes are now in my garage.
The supplier took extra care in packaging the boxes in multi layers of covers to protect the contents. The result was everything arrived in excellent condition, with the exception of 1 bag, but no worries, it's the content we care about. Each carboard box came wrapped in polyester burlap style sacks, this prevents stuff from going all over the place, in case the boxes break.
Inside each box are the respective contents. Each suit comes wrapped in a plastic zip loc bag with a tag identifying the owner (names in the spreadsheet). Each glove is similarly wrapped, each racing shoe / boot similarly wrapped.
We'll be having a joint HADA / SPDA meet in the very near future (next week) to sort through all this stuff and hand them out to everyone.
Final price is bumped up by 20% to cover off customs / duties / Handling fees but overall, it's still very cheap.
I'll be posting a spreadsheet on this thread with the final totals. Payment will be by Cash / Cheque / Paypal (add 3% please).

Please find attached a spreadsheet with the names and final prices for all items. Note: 4 HADA Proban suits did not make it here due to a material shortage in that colour.

Paul, Mowog, etc. Following the meet, we'll mail your stuff out to you.
We're now comfortable taking money for the orders, since it's confirmed arrived. In the beginning, we protected our members from potential unknown by not taking any deposits. SPDA Thanks all the members for their patience.
