CORRECTION TO TYPO IN LAST PARAGRAPH OF ORIGINAL MESSAGE - MEETING IS ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 23 AS NOTED IN FIRST PARAGRAPH
For the information of all CASC-OR affiliated clubs and their members, at the 2008 CASC-OR Annual Membership Meeting (Sunday, November 23, Toronto Congress Centre, between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) we will be holding elections to fill the following positions for two year terms;
President
Treasurer
SoloSprint Director
Secretary (** 1 Year Term)
If you (or someone you know of) that is a member in good standing of a CASC-OR affiliated club has interest in standing for one of these positions, please have them contact one of the members of our Nominating Committee;
John Bondar (BEMC)
John Kinnear (St. LAC)
Mary Lobban (BARC)
The nominating committee can be contacted using the e-mail address nominations@casc.on.ca.
Any member in good standing of a CASC-OR affiliated club may of course be nominated from the floor at the meeting on Sunday by a delegate from a member club.
