Please use this thread to post any Drag Racing related multimedia of your exploits during the 2009 season!

We will use it to compile a show for the year-end social and an annual SPDA compilation.

Post images, video, audio, links, etc., and a note about which event/where it's from.

This is the only clean pass I made at the Buschur import shootout back in May at Summit Park in Norwalk OH.

Wow, that's fast as well! I could only manage 13.7 in my car, 60' was 2.2 at best with a lot of wheel hop!

With stock like power I ran 25psi front and rear.
I also had the TIC klunk killer kit which is karboy rear crossmember bushings and kartboy rear diff bushings, they helped alot with wheel hop.

Also how you dump/drop the clutch will have an effect and also track preperation, tracks put glue down (VHT) on the launch pad on big power car days but on street car nights they dont put that much down.

We should do a practice night before the event to get the bugs out and figure out your cars.

Cayuga runs test and tunes every wed. and friday nights for 20 bucks car and driver.

heres a vid of a run I made back in 06 while I was cobb stage 2. The second race in the video is the one to watch as you can hear my revs and launch better.

And yes tashko you are correct.

wheel hop is always at the rear (ive never had it on the front but I could be wrong)

More weight transfer to the rear and lower tire pressure

Like these guys from PR

One day me and Chris will be this fast.....LOL ha ha ha

Ok now how do you get a RWD to hook up
no wheel hop but 400 ft burnouts?
Ill add a vid after I actualy go to a straight track.
best ive got is a drag race in a circle on film :)

A Drag radial tire helps alot or slicks
also do a burn out to heat them up.

If not just bog it off the line.

A good example of over powering the track are Z06's

Launching one of those hard on the factory rubber will get you a low 13 second run but with drag radials and a good driver they can run a high 10's

A lot of people are scurrying to level up before Wrath of the Lich King hits ... like me. Some are trying to get their first characters to 55 so that they can make Death Knights. Some are trying to get their first wedding dresses wow power leveling wow gold aion gold wow power leveling wedding dresses (http://www.trendress.com/) characters to level 70 so that they can enjoy the new content in Northrend. And others are trying to bring up as many characters to 70 as possible so that they have a choice as to whom to level to 80. I have a level 70 druid, but I have recently become obsessed with my mage and am trying to see how far I can get her before the expansion in the limited time I have to play. aion gold (http://www.aiongoldcheap.com/) Here are some Dos and Don'ts to help you get some speedy leveling done before Launch Day. WoW Insider has some great leveling guides diskalaoxxw for each class. These guides have collected everything special your class can do and should know for specific level ranges. You will often find me enthusing wow power leveling (http://www.mywowpowerleveling.com/) about Jame's leveling guides as well, particularly his Horde one. The maps and efficient quest groupings make this guide invaluable to the casual player. Completing instances with good groups can be a great way to level up and get appropriate gear for easier questing. Running instances with pugs are most likely to be time consuming, frustrating wow gold (http://www.mywowgoldcheap.com/) experiences that will take up all of your play sessions and then some. There are plenty of quests that can be soloed from 1 to 70 and that way you are the master of your own time. You of course know that logging out in big cities and inns is the smart thing to do. Also, do any crafting or chatting in these places so that you are accumulating more rest during your non-questing time. If you rolex (http://www.watchesrolexs.com/) are trying to level up multiple characters (I know some of you are afflicted with altitis), swap between them so that you only play the rested ones. Captain Obvious says, "Duh!" Of course, we casual players are well aware that real life interferes when we least expect it and the resulting deaths just can't be helped. If you can, however, try to get to a safe Replica Handbags (http://www.louisvuittonhandbagsvip.com/) place before going AFK or else expect to face a scene similar to the one pictured above 0529 LJ.
