If anyone needs any help getting ready for this, please post here! To get started, all you need is a digital watch, and a clipboard can help, too. We can fill you in on what you have to do.

Scores are updated for the ORRC championship! Looks like SPDA is holding 2nd place, despite the misfortune at Spring Run Off!

Wow! Twelve sections over three legs. 37 checkpoints!!! That was a fantastic rally organized by KWRC.

It's going to take me a while to go through all of that text that Dennis put into the leg instructions to do a better event summary. But first my congratulations to Trevor and Ted who put every element together for their first well deserved Novice Class win!

I was hoping to lock Trevor out of that "win" position, because he's the Routemaster for SPDA's First Frost rally in December. This win really gives him TWO 10 point finishes. But there was no stopping him and Ted in this one. We used our full TA budget in Leg A, almost our full budget of TA's in Leg B...

Not to be missed in these results is that Kulikowski and Sutherland almost won the novice class! One CP missed in Leg A, but a good solid rally for them in Legs B and C.

Brownhill and Corbett got caught at the same CP that caught the Moore's out, plus one in Leg A. This was actually a good rally to not place so well at, since there were only 5 competitors. You can still score decently for the championship.

On a side note... I CAN'T believe that this rally only had 6 teams attending. You DON'T need a special car for this. Borrow your parents minivan if your Impreza sits on the bumpstops. It really is great fun. Tell us what it will take to get you into this and we'll see if we can make it happen.

On the bright side... MLRC had NO ONE attend this rally, so SPDA closed to within 21 points of the ORRC Club Championship. It will be quite the coup if we can wrest this championship from a dedicated rally club... We need more people out!!!

There's also a Saturday Night at the Rallies series hosted by KWRC that's great for getting some practise in. The next one is May 23.
