Some of you know that I was at the DDT yesterday taking pictures for some up and coming posters. So I figures that I would share some of the 300+ pics that I took. The ones I've put up are mainly of our members.

Nice photos... Looks like my suspension setup was a bit too soft in the front for that track.. Hummmmmm The rear still lifted..

Some great action shots there. Those cones saw a lot of action (especially in Run #1 :) )

Peter Reilly will be please to hear that you're coming for EVEN STIFFER springs. :hammer:

Where was your valving at? I had my front compression 15 clicks from full hard, rear 12 clicks from full hard (30 to 40 clicks available depending on the corner.) Rebound was 22 clicks from full hard (38 clicks available)

Hey, "Big Poppa",
Can you send me a high res version of the 914?

Thanks!

The night before I softened the compression 2 clicks for street driving. Due to rust in the brain, I forgot to reset it back for competition driving. I even forgot the rear shock settings.. LOL

People told me it bounced so I adjusted the rears, and under normal conditions, I would have remembered to adjust the fronts as well. Oh well...

Next time..

Mau takes fantastic pictures...

LOL.. My first 2 runs were full soft on my struts..

Rusty, yeah.

Bastard...yeah, I did have a *bit* of trouble.

I started thinking that maybe I should've been a student at the school last weekend. Some atrocious driving on display by moi for sure.

If there's an event this weekend I might show up to get some practice in. I need to figure out how to turn the steering wheel with those balloons on the car. :hammer:

Does anyone else think that this car looks like Zorro?

Rob calmly demonstrates how to execute a 3-point turn... in a turn.

Looks like I didn't have my dampening as stiff as it needed to be either. Trail braking transfers a brutal amount of weight to the outside front tire.

Thanks for the photos, Wes! I love looking at the chassis dynamics!

No problem Mau. Thanks for the photos Wes.

Wow stock suspension, I think I need an "I" & "M" so I can rearrange the letters on the back to say "IMABUS".

Hey, there's still one left on my car's chin... how did that happen?

All things considered, that's a pretty good ratio. 7 cones slaughtered that run, one under the car until the back straight, and none left at the stop box.

Sir-knight

that beats my 4 in PEI but those 4 were intentional to save the run... and I had 3 with me

Somebody remind me to bring my camera next time.

Here's the morning cruise to DDT, we had about a dozen cars:
