Any suggestions for an exhaust system for a 04 WRX sedan? Head to Tailpipe
I have a Cobbs accesses port and for now just a drop in K&N filter. No other mods (as of yet)

O and not to loud she says

Go to hot rod scotts in Etobicoke and get one custom made in 3" stainless. It'll work right the first time and he can make anything as quiet as you want.

But for her car there's lots of options available, Invidia makes a stainless steel downpipe, which eliminates the cats, but you'll get a catalyst efficiency code which can be programmed out by by the access port. From there, get yourself an STI exhaust which someone decided to throw away and you'll have something quiet and cheap.

Hope this helps

What are you trying to achieve with the exhaust? It might be that $1000 spent on a turbo, fuel pump and injectors would get you a lot farther.

Zoro on Stansfield (Dundas and Dixie) has always been great to me. If you do go in ask for the manager Jack and tell Moose's friend Wes (or the guy with all the different Civics) sent you.

The prices are good and if you are specific they will give you just what you need. Otherwise they will set you up out of their parts book.

Hey Rob,

Did you know, lots of people with STI's take off their turbo's and sell them pretty cheap. Some as low as 300 bucks and it's a plug and play install on a WRX.

You'll need to get it tuned though to take advantage of the new turbo, you can even keep the stock injectors if you don't go nuts with boost. It's a slippery slope once she gets modding her car.

LOL

Hey Rob,

Since she's in DSS (thanks Andrew), she'll be way faster if she changes suspension to something that's more meant for the track. The stock suspension is her weak spot at the moment.

I thought that suspension mods changed your classing I'll have to check on her points for that. However I do agree. Power should come last right? well second last, paints last

Suspension is legal in SS class.
