The JDM "Suretrac" LSD, is it a helical type like the Quaife?

Would it fit in a 2005 Impreza 2.5RS wagon (3.900)?

From taking the diff apart, it sure looks like Suretrac type diff from AP racing. A quick google will show you pictures.
