block's fiesta is to Rally America rules and top cars use turbos with 34mm restrictors.... his car needed the changes as the top US and CDN cars are pushing high hp in them...

On the IRC 2010 (1st event was at Monte Carlo), they're using S2000 rules.... but the Fiesta is naturally aspirated / Group N class with about 270-285hp depending on the manufacturer. They redline at 8500rpm (imposed by the rules)...

The video says 2.0L turbo, and you can hear the BOV. Seems like the team geared it too low, not thinking he'd go that fast. :-) Really impressive on studless tires!

block is running the US rally pro series and x-games in fiesta and running the wrc events in a focus.... 2 different cars.
