We'll need about 15 instructors (20 preferred) and 15 Volunteers to do the management of the courses and day:

It's April 24th and 25th.

Day 1 is the hardest day, if you can make it for that one, it' would be great.

At this point in time, I can't make it after all. My car will be without an engine on that week-end unless I can finish my build in time.
