Hi All,
Coaches Patio:
During the Saturday Registration, we will be asking if you'd like to join the dinner mingler at Coaches. It's a great opportunity to mingle with the racers and their buddies, bench racing, and trash talking. Those that partake will be provided a very pretty wrist band to identify you. There's room for 100 people and it looks like there's going to be that many coming.
The cost for the evening is $10.00 / person, and is being subsidized by Toyo, ProserveIT, ChangeCrafters and SPDA-Online.ca
All finger foods will be supplied all evening between 6:00 - 10:00 PM, courtesy of our sponsors. This is a Buy your own Booze event, please drink responsibly, or get a designated driver.
The Dinner Mingler is a Kid Friendly outing, and for them it'll only cost $0.00 bucks.
Please post here how many you'll be so we can make a the appropriate food orders.
