How much torque should wheel nuts be tightened to?
75 Lbs ft. for daily driving. 85 lbs ft for hot track duty with retorque after 10 laps. That's what I use. Factory manual ranges between 65 - 75 lbs ft.

dealer and bodyshop torqued mine to somewhere between 50-60 lbs... it's damn scary when one hit of the impact hammer breaks them flying loose. I swear they felt like they were finger tight.

I concur with Joe, but just to clarify... never re-torque hot wheels. Only once they cool.

85 lbs ft was not a problem.
