Mandatory rear view cameras - more stupidity because of stupid people

If someone does not use their mirrors now, putting a camera on the back of the car and displaying the image, whether it goes in the rear view mirror or not, is not going to help.

Engineers (and governments) cannot make anything foolproof, because they will never be able to take into account the "ingenuity" of a fool. (substitute "stupid person" in there if you wish)
