Well it looks like Jennifer has come to her senses, and wants to build a RWD competition car.

Real race cars are driven from the back! ;)

Chaise- 1988 Mazda RX7 Convertibul
Drive line- Subaru H6 3.3 dohc (SVX) and a 5 or 6 spd

My question is, How do I lock the center diff as to make it RWD only? as o.e. bias FWD! :(

I know I dont have to run front axles on the trans and the fluid will stay in it

But how to eliminate the viscous coupler and drive the rears full time?

What do you think!

I'm still leaning to a ls series GM engine as there is no replacement for displacement

But I will build whatever she wants me to!

To lock the center diff, you'd need to take it out and weld the spider gears.

as many people swap out the garbage svx autos. However many claim most subaru transmissions cant take the torque of the 3.3 when driving hard..
