Update: Winter Tires are Not Required for the April Mini Rally! A safety triangle is still required.
The Weather Network is calling for a cloudy day with a high of 15 degrees and no precipitation in sight! Based on this, winter tires are not required for the April Mini Rally!
TONIGHT: All-tarmac, day/night Rally of around 200km. We've used almost all of the best Escarpment roads in Peel and Halton regions!
Registration opens at 5:00 PM at the Tim Hortons at Dundas and Hyde Park Gate (east of Hwy 403) in Oakville. Car 1 starts at 7:01 PM and finishes around 11:00 PM. Entry fee is $25/car. Please have your driving, vehicle registration and insurance papers handy. A safety triangle is still required.
Weather permitting, winter tires will not be required! And the lack of gravel roads means this is your best chance to bring out and compete in your garage queen, trailer queen and even drag queen!
Awards will be presented to the top-3 finishers in both the Novice (no specialized distance-measuring or rally equipment) and Expert (all equipment allowed) Class. There will be door prizes including a chance to win your entry fee back!
