Hey SPDA!!
I have been working on this deal for a few months now and thankfully the deal is done.
Shell has 3 different grades of race gas now available at N.V. Auto.

Shell URT 100
100% street legal unleaded 100 octane race fuel. In order for this fuel to be street legal it is required to have 3% ethanol content. This is great insurance for those guys tuned on ultra 94. Because this fuel is MTBE free and lead free you are able to mix it like you would a octane booster.

Shell URT 105
URT 105 is a 110 octane off road use only fuel that is unleaded and MTBE free. It can be compared to VP Racings MS109 in octane rating but out performs the VP both in performance and fuel economy. Because this fuel is not oxygenated you burn less therefore your fuel economy is better. We have found that peak HP and TQ are the same as the VP but midrange numbers are higher on the URT 105.

Shell URT Advanced
URT Advanced is a ULTRA high performance 115 octane fuel that is also unleaded and MTBE free. This fuel was designed to be used in extremely high boost or ultra high compression motors. Similar to C16 but will not harm catalytic converters or o2 sensors. Most commonly used in drag racing but can be used for any form of motorsport.

Now on to the best news!! Pricing is very competitive on the whole Shell Racing Fuels line. All of the above grades are available in 20L pails or 208L drums. Most of you know the high quality of Shell products, the URT line goes above and beyond. Research and development for these fuels comes from Shells extensive testing in F1 and MotoGP.

Anyone interested in pricing can contact me at the shop 905-667-8828 or via email "dov [at] nvauto.ca" mention SPDA and I will do a special discount for you.

Dov do you have any comparisons yet of 94 vs race gas tunes?

I went from 279hp and 320 ft/lb to 297hp and 360ft/lbs on race gas(i think those are the right numbers, i don't have the new dyno plot). Only other changes were I went from a open source tune to a vipec tune and it's in a different shell.

How much power loss from changing from Red to Blue? Red is obviously the faster colour ;)

Plus we ran out of injector, still a bunch to go with race gas on your car Mike!
