It looks like can-alignment is the place to go. Curious if there are any other shops recommended as an alternative? Going to call Scott today but guessing he is pretty busy.

He is busy but will accommodate you. It's important to be able to trust your alignment specialist if you're going to be involved in motorsports, and Scott's a racer that knows what he's doing.

I booked a slot with Scott last week for July 14th, at the time he had some slots open the week before that as well but I'm out of town then.

Left him a message today, but no response so far, guessing I will be sol for next week. Shame we don't have decent options.

Before you go, have you picked up any parts to give you adjustments for Scott to work with? Stock he can only adjust toe, if you want camber adjustments made you'll need more parts.

I'm cheating Will.. My car has camber and toe adjustments available all the way around.. bought a Miata for a track beater..

Scott managed to fit me in Jul8 so we are all good. And on a related note.. Clarington Hyundai may soon be able to do performance alignments (was told in another few weeks)

Unless they have someone with the knowledge of what specs you should be looking at as well, it'll still be well worth the drive to see Scott.

Just came back from my visit to Scott, definitely worth the trip now I can't wait to try the car out! Will have to wait to the regionals in Peterborough July 20.

Martyn,
You want a real racer to do the alignment, and that's why Scott is perfect. It's important to have confidence in the setup when you're hurling your auto at the corners at break-neck speeds.

Cheers,
