Well, not more power, but a 4.444 final drive if it is available and a 12.7lb lightweight Exedy flywheel improves the acceleration feel. (4.444 was available in 03/04 Forester XT) Fourstar or CanJam might have the hardware required. http://www.exedyusa.com/oe/Clutch_Specifications

Dan had a mid-pipe for my car with a single Magnaflow high flow steel core cat. Swapping out the stock piece with two ceramic cats also seemed to help.

Romraider isn't available for the 2004 RS... only 2005+ so you can't even modify timing for 94 octane to the best of my knowledge. However, I get a noticeable torque benefit from running 91 or 94 vs. 87 octane under hard acceleration in my 2002 TS with the stock ECU.

Without a MAF sensor to manipulate, I don't know what smoothing out the intake path would do. I haven't bothered since most aftermarket intakes come with poor quality filters: http://www.weapon-r.com/products/929-2003-06-2-5l-non-turbo-subaru-baja-dragon-intake I don't know if Mike ever dyno'ed his homemade cold air intake.

Beyond that, building the N/A motor is big $$$ for little gain. CanJam usually recommends turbo swap or just buy a turbo car at that point.
