Event Waiver (Please sign the waiver prior to checking in at the event)

    Day of event additional information:

    • Registration is planned to be set up at the gates; it will be open at 7:15AM. Please arrive early.
    • Weather can be unpredictable so bring layers - and sunscreen!
    • Arrive well rested and stay well hydrated throughout the day.
    • Closed toe shoes will be required on the track.
    • For those of you driving heavily modified (unplaced) vehicles or those on non-DOT rated tires, you will be required to wear long sleeves and long pants.
    • Helmet will be required on track (minimum of Snell 2015+ rating). Other qualified helmets can be found on page 9 of the OTA Regulations document. Helmets with only DOT rating do not qualify. Loaner helmets are not available.
    • Show up with a full tank of gas.
    • Add an additional 5-10 lbs of air to your tires. Bring a tire gauge if you have one.
    • Empty the car of ALL loose items - trunk included.
    • Please ensure tires and brakes are in good shape, oil is topped up (and changed fairly recently) and that everything underneath is tight and dry.
    • A folding chair frequently comes in handy.

    Self Tech Forms:
Everyone will be responsible for the condition of their own car (both inside and out). Self Tech Form

Please review the flags document linked above and be sure you're comfortable with them as they will be used on track. The corner workers and use of the flags are there to help you and to help keep everyone safe.

Lunch is not provided. We strongly suggest you either bring something from home or grab something on your way up in the morning (e.g. Tim Hortons at Hwy 57 and 401). There's not much in the area and this ensures you're ready to be back on track for the afternoon.

Event Schedule for Sat June 22 and Sun July 27

Please keep in mind that we'll be at the Driver Development Track (DDT) located at the West end of the property, NOT THE GP TRACK. Coming from the Toronto area: Head East on 20 from RR 57, make a right onto Concession Rd 10 and the DDT is the first gate you'll come to on your right.
