Is this applicable if say my mother-in-law just made a purchase?
That now makes 3x Subie's in the family (Me, Mother, Mother-in-Law). The only holdout is my wife driving a Merc
It's applicable if she has an SPDA member number, and she has been a member for at least 1 year. We submit to CARS the membership list annually and they check for validity.
