Is the format the same as Solo1 in that you get 1 warmup, 3 timed, 1 cool down lap, or is it just going to be 1 warmup, 1 timed, 1 cool down?

Just so you know, it's a myth that you can't run synthetic right from the get go....it's just more expensive as you should still change the oil every 2000-3000 kms for the first 10,000kms for break...
