Choking

We had a very close call last night, to the point that my 18 month old son had stopped breathing, stopped fighting and seemed to have lost consciousness all together. Scary as hell and something that we never want to experience again!! Luckily all seems to be fine and he's now back from the hospital. That having been said, we're now going to arrange for some proper training in the very near future (long over due).

In the mean time i went looking for some help online - have a look at these videos. We got very lucky and we were eventually able to dislodge the food, but knowing even some of these basic tricks could have been helpful.
