I am collecting voting proxies for the 2013 Rally Sport Ontario AGM. All 2013 members in good standing have a vote, even if you have not participated in rally. Such members may elect me to represent their vote at the 2013 RSO AGM on March 22.
To vote by proxy, use the attached form and enter your name on the first blank line, and on the "Print Name" line. Enter the date on the date line. For signature, you may sign and scan the form, or enter your e-mail address.
The scanned or electronic form should then be e-mailed to rally@spda-online.ca by noon, Friday March 21.
