    STi Intercooler & a/c firewall hardline in a '04 WRX

    Found out why the air conditioning is not working. Larger intercooler of the EJ207 has been rubbing against the aluminum a/c firewall hardline and wore a hole in it. Circled in red in the picture. Intercooler is fine.

    I'm sure I'm not the first person with this issue, since upgrading intercoolers is common as folks go to Stage 3. Is there a straightforward solution, e.g. '04 STi firewall hardline?
