Subaru says to take the car in for servicing and have them done at 60000 kms, but the person who sold me the car said they're basically just how Subaru makes money because the cars are so reliable.

I did some very preliminary reading, and they seem necessary. Any thoughts?

I have a 2016 subaru wrx Sport Tech, I just got it about 6 months ago, and I've put it on the track about 5 or 6 times and have been to one autocross. I drive it sensibly on the road, and it has ATE 200 brake fluid, mobil 1 5w-30 and I installed a mishimoto engine oil cooler and a K&N engine air filter, if any of that makes any difference.
